It all started when I got a quick reply from their representative, his communication was clear and professional and since it was my first time placing an order for boxes, he guided me from scratch to the end and even sent me mockups through email to show how my designed box looked like. Finally ordered the boxes and was worried if the actual boxes would look as good as the samples they sent and I am enthralled with the quality of the boxes and colors that look same to the color code in mentioned. The team of at Emenac Packaging is truly professional and they know everything about the boxes they are going to manufacture! I already had my design ready and contacted Emenac Packaging for getting my boxes printed with my provided design and requested a quote. I got a call back from one of their representative, Ethan, with the price quote within 2 hours and he mentioned a design flaw that would have resulted in a cropped text from die cutting. They offered to fix it free of cost and sent me the finalized mockups with the corrected design and the boxes looked exactly the same. Proceeded with placing my order and he also kept me informed about the delivery status and finally received the boxes yesterday. I have to admit, the boxes are much better than the previous ones. The colors, the quality of printing and the die cutting all are perfect to an inch! Highly impressed with their service and incredible customer service!
