The manager Harry was technically very sound and easily understood my design requirements. I was confused about the right dimensions for the boxes but he figured out the correct width, length and depth after analyzing the product volume and specifications. Also for printing, Alan (designer) sent me 3D samples of designs that added value to appearance and sales of my product. Happy to work with them.
